how customers access their downloads, and what to do if delivery or access issues occur.
1. What We Deliver
All products sold on this website are digital educational resources delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

If your payment is pending or fails, delivery will not occur until payment is confirmed.
2. How Delivery Works (Step-by-Step)

- Complete payment using the available PayFast options.
- After successful payment confirmation, you will be redirected to our download/return page.
- Use the download button/link on that page to access your digital file.
Tip: Save your file to your device after download. If you are on a phone, you may need a PDF reader app to open the file.
3. Access Requirements
To access and use the digital product, you will typically need:

4. If You Didn’t Receive Your Download
If you completed payment but did not receive access, please follow these checks first:

If you still cannot access the product, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

- Proof of payment / PayFast transaction reference
- A brief description of the problem (and screenshot if possible)

5. Payment Pending / Reversals

In those cases, delivery/access will only be provided once payment is confirmed as successful.

7. Customer Responsibility
